At Shoe Renew, we offer a first class and fully traditional shoe repair service. Our repairers are trained to the very highest standards.
Our knowledge is vast and we’re delighted to say that this has now been acknowledged by RM Williams, Stuart Weitzman and Salvatore Ferragamo. RM Williams see us as great representatives for their brand and trust us to repair their shoes. We’re very proud of this and we stock their original components to repair your shoes. We also offer this shoe repair service to all English handcrafted shoes, so you can be sure of getting the very highest standards of repair and quality materials exclusively at Roberts Shoe Repairs.
Est. in 1918 at Angels Place Sydney by Mr Roberts after returning from World War One, serving the business community and general customers. In the 1950 Kevin Laki, an experienced cobbler having gained skills working for Roberts Shoe Repairs, purchased the business and continued the tradition employing up to 21 staff at its height. In 1977 Mr. Laki sold the business to Mr. Tony Malek who continued to run a highly successful shoe repair trade for 25 years and after moving the business to Wynyard Station in Sydney CBD, retires in 2018 when he on sold the business to current owner Mark Ayoub.
